Data and purposes

We process identity, contact, address, order and technical usage data to enter into and perform contracts, handle payment and delivery, answer messages, meet accounting duties, prevent abuse and manage legal claims.

Recipients and infrastructure

Recipients can include Shopify, payment providers, the carrier selected by the customer, IT and accounting providers, and analytics providers activated with the required consent. Transfers outside the EEA use safeguards required by law.

Retention

Data is retained for contract performance, mandatory tax and accounting periods and the limitation period for claims. Consent-based data is retained until consent is withdrawn or the purpose ends.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to processing, withdraw consent and complain to the Polish data protection authority.

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of lulubell.pl and en.lulubell.pl, ordering, payment, delivery, withdrawal and complaints.

2. Products and prices

Lulubell sells new toys and collectables. Prices for the Polish market are shown in PLN and include applicable taxes. Delivery is added unless an offer states otherwise. The final total is shown before payment.

3. Orders and payment

An order is placed after selecting products, entering the required details, choosing delivery and payment, and confirming the purchase in Shopify checkout. Available payment methods are displayed in checkout.

4. Fulfilment

Only in-stock products are offered. If an exceptional stock discrepancy occurs, we contact the customer and refund the affected amount.

5. Consumer rights

Consumers have statutory withdrawal and conformity rights. Details are set out in the returns and complaints policy. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer protection.

6. Personal data

Personal data is processed to manage orders, payments, delivery, contact and legal duties. See the privacy policy for details.

7. Governing law

Polish law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection available in their country where applicable.

Right of withdrawal

A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Send the statement to kontakt@aseo24.pl or the seller's postal address before the deadline.

Return the goods no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal statement. The customer normally pays the direct return cost. The customer is responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Refund

The refund includes the product price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered for the order. We use the original payment method unless agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until the goods are received or the customer supplies evidence of return.

Exceptions

Statutory exceptions apply, including personalised goods and sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons after unsealing.

Complaints

The seller is responsible for goods that do not conform to the contract under applicable law. A complaint should include the issue, purchase date, order number and requested remedy. Consumer complaints are answered within the period required by law.

Order processing

Paid and confirmed orders placed by 14:00 CET on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

Transit time

Delivery within Poland normally takes 1-2 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate and can be affected by the carrier, peak periods or events outside the seller's control.

Methods and cost

In the cart, you can choose an InPost parcel locker or one of the currently available courier offers. The exact options, price and estimate are displayed before payment. Lulubell delivers to addresses in Poland. Products ship from the eSmyk, Figlovo and eBrzdąc warehouses; an order containing products from several warehouses may arrive in separate parcels, with delivery charged as shown in the cart before payment.

Receiving a parcel

Check the outer packaging when receiving your parcel. Document visible damage and report it to the carrier and Lulubell. This does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
